Where can I find the Amazon Black Friday deals?

The best place to go to is the Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021 page. From here, you can click on today’s deals and begin your early shopping.

But if you want to check the upcoming deals, you can click the option from the navigation bar. A new list of items, which will go live later, will show up, ready for browsing.

If you scroll down further, you’ll see a range of product categories that you can tick to make your item search easier. Now, if you want to make Amazon Australia your one-stop shop for the holiday season, I suggest signing up for Amazon Prime.

What is Amazon Prime Membership?

Amazon Prime is a subscription service offering various benefits to Australian customers for a monthly or yearly fee. A monthly Amazon Prime subscription costs AU$6.99. On the other hand, an annual subscription costs AU$59, giving you savings of a little under AU$25.

If you are not a member yet, make sure to sign up now, as new members get a free 30-day trial. That means you’ll be covered for the entire Black Friday and get the extra perks without spending anything!

Do I need to be an Amazon Prime member for Black Friday?

Nope. Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021 is open for all! It’s different from Prime Day, where all shoppers need to sign up for membership first to get event and exclusive deal access.

However, being a Prime member on Black Friday gives you a lot of benefits, like free expedited delivery on all Prime-eligible products. You also get a lot of offers and freebies that are not accessible to non-members.

If you’re a new member and still unsure about subscribing, don’t worry. You can still sign up, then cancel if you want before the trial ends. What matters is you don’t miss out on any Amazon Black Friday deal!

What Can We Expect for Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021?

It’s a little too early to make a deal list for Black Friday. And knowing the retail giant, it won’t be revealing its major offers until much later.

However, based on experience from the previous years, there are lots to look forward to for the upcoming massive sales event. Here are a few of my safe bets!

Health Constitution_Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021 Products

Major Price Cuts on Tech Items

Seeing discounted Amazon devices like Kindle Paperwhite, Echo Buds, and Fire TV Sticks is practically Black Friday tradition. So, if you’ve been eyeing any of these, Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021 is the time to get them at their best or lowest prices.

Also, watch out for other discounted tech items of major retailers, like Samsung, Canon, Nikon and Huawei. The newly opened official Apple Store is worth checking out as well.

Also, a wide range of gaming gadgets, smartwatches, headphones and other similar goods are likely to be on sale. Last year, some of the brands that gave the best offers were Nintendo, Bose, Sony and Fitbit. Amazon’s press release for 2020 has a list of specific items and offers.

Access to Local and Global Store Products

During Black Friday, Amazon Australia is likely to feature deals from its US and UK counterparts. Despite the potential shipping delays, these will surely give Aussie customers more shopping options.

Last year, they also featured small businesses on their Christmas Gift Store. So, expect great products from Aussie retailers to join in the upcoming Black Friday party, too.

It will be great to support these and have a 100% Australian-made wine or kitchen appliance added to your gift list!

Any Amazon Black Friday shopping tips?

Amazon Australia is perhaps every deal hunter’s shopping destination. And come Black Friday, we expect the retail giant to have something in store for us from possibly every product category.

Well, a sea of holiday deals can make most of us (me included!) confused and overwhelmed. These tips should make your Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021 experience perfect and smooth sailing.

Health Constitution_Amazon Australia Prime Membership

1. Sign up for the Amazon Prime membership

Aside from Prime Day access, you get all sorts of benefits and exclusive discounts to step up your Black Friday shopping experience. If you haven’t signed up yet, make sure to do that now and get a free 30-day trial!

2. Download the Amazon app

With this app on your phone, you can organise all the deals you’re interested in and get notified in time for when they go live. To do this, go to the Deals section of the app, then click Watch this Deal to get instant alerts. Amazon may send you shopping tips and tricks from time to time, too.

3. Start creating your wish list

With so many items on sale that day, doing this should give you the edge for those limited offers. Plus, with your Amazon app notifications on, you’ll get notified right away if an item on your list goes on sale.

4. Watch out for Amazon’s special deals

The retailer typically offers deals of the day that last for 24 hours. The lighting deals, however, have the best offers for Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021. These limited-stock and limited-time items, however, can sell out in minutes to a few hours!

5. Check stock levels

Lower stock availability means the item is likely to run out fast. So, keep a close watch on popular or in-demand products on your list and prioritise those with low or limited stocks.

6. Pay attention to details

Before you checkout, spend time reading the small print. Look for individual third-party sellers’ refund and return policies.

Some can settle refunds within a short period, whereas other retailers refuse to provide them. Make sure the policies are in agreement with Australian consumer rights and laws.

7. Shop around and read reviews

Don’t forget the bargain hunter’s cardinal rule: compare prices and check what other retailers have to offer. Double-check product descriptions and do a quick online search to see if the deal is worth it. Reading what other customers have to say about the product helps, too.

8. Set your preferred mode of payment and delivery

For a speedy checkout, make sure to provide all the necessary details for shipping and payment. Before Black Friday, check your profile for delivery addresses and card details.

You can pay for your Amazon Australia purchases through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zip Pay and gift cards. If possible, use Australian credit cards from established banks, as these provide better protection than debit cards or third-party payment providers.

As for delivery options, these depend on third-party retailers. But if you wish for a free expedited domestic delivery or free international shipping (with a minimum purchase), then sign up for the Amazon Prime membership.

Another excellent option is the Amazon Hub service. Here, you can opt for a counter or locker pick-up to get your parcels. It’s ideal if you can’t stay at home to receive deliveries.

Finally, have fun, and don’t let the Amazon Australia Black Friday 2021 frenzy get to you. Happy shopping!
