B Vitamins are divided into more specific vitamins, but all of them work together to help your body function properly. A lack of certain B vitamins makes you prone to fatigue and sickness especially if you exercise often.
If you plan to have a restful sleep, B vitamins should be taken before you go to bed. But if you want to be more energetic throughout the day, then it’s best to take it in the morning.
Vitamin C is known for boosting your immune system. You will notice this because people always recommend you to drink more Vitamin Cs when the flu season is near.
The great thing about this particular vitamin is that you can drink it any time of the day. However, some people tend to get an upset stomach after they drink it without eating first. So, to avoid getting acidic, Vitamin C should be drunk after meals during the morning.
Everyone knows that calcium is for strong bones. But there are also many times when you should drink it. The thing about calcium is that smaller dosages drunk all throughout the day make it easier for your body to absorb it. So you might find yourself drinking calcium in the morning and at night.
Essentially, multivitamins are pills that have the other vitamins in them. It often has Vitamins A, D, E, and K. It also has minerals like zinc and calcium. If you are planning to take multivitamins, it is safest to have them during the mornings after a full meal. This is because some vitamins included are fat-soluble.
